• How long will the process take?

• I've declared Bankruptcy. Can you still get me approved?

• Do I have to provide a down payment?
  No you don't! We offer financing with no money down regardless of credit history.
• Can I trade in my car with VIDrives?
  Absolutely. We take all makes and models and pay above market price for any vehicle.
• I'm making payments on my current vehicle, can I still trade it in?
  Don't worry! When you trade in your current vehicle we payout your existing loan in full.
• Do your used vehicles have warranty?
  When you purchase from VIDrives, rest assured that all pre-owned will have the remainder of their factory warranty, new vehicles will have the entire manufacturer warranty, additionally we offer extended warranty options on ALL of our inventory.
• Can I pay my loan out early?
  Yes. All our auto loans are open-ended, with no penalties for early payouts.
• I'm new to Canada. Can you still get me approved?
  Yes. We have special financing and programs exclusively for new Residents of Canada. You may be asked to provide Proof of Permanent Residency, Proof of Income, and a Valid Work Permit or Work Visa with Expiry Date.
• Are your vehicles inspected?
  Yes. All our pre-owned vehicles go through a 155 point mechanical inspection by a licensed technician prior to delivery.
• When will I know what interest rate I qualify for?
  After you send in the application, you will receive a free no-obligation credit review with one of our credit analysts. With over 30+ lending partners available to us at VI Drives, getting you the best interest rates available is straightforward.
• I was thinking of purchasing a New Vehicle. Can I buy a new vehicle through VIDrives?
  Yes. We have access to thousands of New and Pre-Owned vehicles available through more than 17 dealer partners.
• Can I have my vehicle delivered to me?
  Of course! VIDrives offers a fully online process, and we can bring your new vehicle directly to you, free of charge.
• Can I keep my existing License plates and transfer them to my new car?
  Yes. Our Insurance partners will assist you with everything you need to make sure you're fully insured.
• Do I have to pay to have my car delivered?
  No. We offer free delivery anywhere in Western Canada.
